 We would like to thank you for your work with our dear Shih Tzu, Bailey.

Our experience with you has been nothing but exceptional.  Your knowledge and expertise of dog breeds and training techniques stood out from our first phone call, and you have been readily available to us by phone, email and home visits.   

Though we selected a breed known for a bad temperament, who was biting and growling at children, you were immediately available for training and after her time with you, our puppy is now friendly, loving, obedient and no longer biting.  She has become great with children and now knows and follows her commands.  We appreciate your advice on canine nutrition, health care and hygiene, as well. 

 We felt especially comfortable knowing our dog was in your family centered and caring home environment.  Your friendly manner makes you so easy to work with, and we thank you for the extra time you put into helping us with follow up training when a family situation made it difficult for us to be consistent with our puppy in her first week at our home.

 Thank you for making it possible for us to love and enjoy our new little family member in our home!
